Usage:
FJL-LY series mono-layer plastic sheet extruder is designed to produce monolayer PP/PS/PE plastic sheet, which is used for making disposable water drinking cups, ice-cream cups, yoghurt cups, lids, dishes, plates and etc.
Major construction features:
The machine mainly used for producing PP, HIPS, PS, PE film
The screw adopts big L/D (length/diameter) Ratio, equal plasticization and Even thickness and constant flowing speed.
Non-stop fast screen changer with double-sieve, controlled by hydraulic device, improve the production efficiency and operation is convenient.
Internal heated T-die, easy to adjust, equal sheet thickness, constant flowing speed, energy saving and so on.
Note: special specification and configuration of products can be designed according to customers’ demand.
